ClarityRetail Cancellation Policy and Process

As a registered user of the ClarityRetail software, your company is being provided with a forecasting tool that measures and predicts customer demand at store-level.  The ClarityRetail Team is available to assist you in order to maximize the benefits gained from this system. 

If, however, you have registered for the service and would like to cancel, you may do so at any time.  If you choose to cancel, you will be asked to enter the effective date you wish the cancellation to occur.  ClarityRetail will cancel the service as of the date you selected and process your final billing.  As of the effective date, the customer demand reporting will cease to be delivered to you.  Since the fee for the ClarityRetail service is billed on a monthly basis, the final bill will include the total amount for the last month during which the cancellation is effective.  For example, if the cancellation effective date is June 5, the final bill will include charges for all stores for the month of June.

If you have signed up for an annual subscription, then you will receive a pro-rated refund to the nearest calendar quarter.  For example, if you signed up for the annual subscription on January 1st, and you opt to cancel on May 15th, you will receive a refund for the period of July 1st to December 31st.
