Keeping Your Data Confidential

ClarityRetail is only interested in your data for one reason and one reason only and that is to generate a sales forecast based on the information you provide to us. That is the sole purpose for us to have this information and it will not be used in any other way. The maximum amount of data we will ever keep in the database is 54 weeks. Each time a new customer signs up with us, a unique instance of our data model is created on one of our servers specifically for them.

We will never disclose retailer data to any third-party or use this data for any other purpose beyond demand forecast generation. While our own EULA addresses this concern, we are happy to consider additional legal assurances that you may request to ensure we safeguard your data with the same level of care that you would.
