Sample Reports Currently Available
When you are registered with ClarityRetail, you will be asked to select which report type you are interested in receiving and at what frequency. The options are:
Report Type: Forecast over the week and/or the day?
- Daily forecasted sales demand shown over the course of a whole week. This type is referred to as the Weekly Sales Forecast report (see below for an example and more information).
- Forecasted sales demand broken down into two-hour increments over the course of a single day. This type is referred to as the Intra-day Sales Forecast report (see below for an example and more information).
Frequency: How often do I want snapshots taken?
- Every day
- Once a week

Weekly Sales Report |
“Week At A Glance” A snapshot will be taken once a week showing expected daily sales over the course of the week. It will be sent to you on the day on which the snapshot was taken, which is typically the day before the start of an ad week. This could be any day of the week as selected by the retailer. It is required for the retailer to have sent all of the past sales up to and including the day before the snapshot to ensure the best quality results. |

Sample Weekly Sales Report
The Weekly Sales report displays the forecasted sales demand per day for the next 7 days after the snapshot day.

The attributes shown on this report include...
- The department/category/sub-category to which items belong.
- The universal product code (UPC) of the item.
- The description of the item.
- The unit price of the item.
- The description of the promotion, if any, that applies for the item.
- The price change of the promoted item (expressed as a percentage), if applicable.
- The number of items expected to be sold for each day.
This report enables you to identify sales activity patterns over time and to provide you with the information needed to make effective, timely merchandising, production and/or ordering decisions.
Sample Intra-day Sales Report
The Intra-day Sales report displays the forecasted sales demand per two-hour increment for a specified day.

The attributes shown on this report include...
- The department/category/sub-category to which items belong.
- The universal product code (UPC) of the item.
- The description of the item.
- The unit price of the item.
- The description of the promotion, if any, that applies for the item.
- The price change of the promoted item (expressed as a percentage), if applicable.
- The number of items expected to be sold for each two-hour increment.
This report enables you to effectively plan production activities throughout the day to make the best use of limited resources.
PLEASE NOTE: Master Item Data must be provided by the retailer in order to include all information in the above sample reports.
